Return Policy

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

Process

• Contact our customer service to initiate a return.
• Pack the item securely and include the original receipt.
• Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Policy

Eligibility

• Refunds are available for items damaged or faulty. 
• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected and is eligible for refund.

Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (If COD Refund will not be entertained)
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
